Speedi Musubi started as the name of our race car on Maui, participating in the monthly stock car circle races at Paradise Speedway. A popular Hawaiian snack, Speedi Musubi takes on the color theme of a spam musubi, a pink slice of luncheon meat sitting on top of a block of white rice, wrapped in green nori (seaweed). As the musubu cost $1.99 at the stores, so is Speedi Musubi's race number. Speedi quickly became a fan favorite, especially amongst the keiki audience (the kids)!
