This store was created to provide awareness gear to heighten public knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis, or rheumatoid disease. Because it is often thought to be simply a type of arthritis, rheumatoid disease is often misunderstood. The Rheumatoid Patient Foundations works to improve public education and awareness for this disease, which can affect any part of the body, including joints and organs. The condition is often very painful and may lead to deformity, disability or premature death. Proceeds from all merchandise purchased from this store go to support RPF's mission of improving the lives of people with rheumatoid disease.
