I was born in India, on September 1st, 1981, and immigrated to United States in 2008 . My childhood was spent in the sleepy town of Udaipur before moving to Ahmedabad to study design in my early teens. I completed Under Graduate in Accessory Design from NIFT and Post graduate in Design Management from NID. I left India post marriage and began to keep a visual illustrative diary and subsequently resolved to make illustrating my life's work. Without the benefit of formal training, learning the nuances of illustration was a process of trial and error rooted in a love of anything beautiful. My work is a glimpse into the colorful and ever moving present.
