Namaste! and welcomed to Om Shanti! Designs! My name is Rose and I am a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher. A former dance teacher, fitness and Qi Gong Instructor, I have spent most of my life learning, motivating, challenging, working hard and most of all, making it fun for me and my students! Life without laughter is no fun at all! I am the eternal child at heart who teaches children of all ages (3-93) to this day. My journey has taken me to meet great teachers and people along the way. Now, I am in a place where I can slow down and focus on sharing love and laughter everyday! Om Shanti! Designs offers personalized Mind & Body Designs by Intention.
