In 2010, on FOB Wilson/Pasab in the Zhari District of Afghanistan, there was no store and no barber. With one pair of Wahl clippers and a pair of cheap scissors, shaggy soldiers began to pour into a small 6 man tent on a daily basis. One by one, looking better than when they arrived, soldiers left looking and feeling like new and improved soldiers.
