MayaBella Handmade is the work of Shannon Benavidez. I am a stay at home mother of three. And a wife of a very hardworking husband. My inspiration are my three beautiful children who brighten my day and teach me so much about patience and joy. I am always searching for new fun furry fabrics to inspire new creations. Each plush has its own special personality and charm. I am currently based in Portland Oregon where I design and make my plush goodies. I was born and raised in Newport Beach, California but have found a new home in Portland. Such a super great city!
