Hello there ... Welcome to Kreations By Kelly ... Where the old-fashioned is what's new... I love vintage things like polka dots and pastel colors. But, I grew up in the 80's and 90's, and I also love bright, neon colors. So, I wanted to combine the two and make some really fun designs... And, although my store's name used to be Dottie's and my tagline was, "At Dottie's, dots are all we do...", I also have other designs without polka dots, even though I love 'em... Go figure ;)
