Ich habe kürzlich eine Laptop-Folie bei Ihnen bestellt. Die Gestaltung auf Ihrer Homepage ist sehr einfach, der Versand verlief zügig, und die Druckqualität der Folie ist ausgezeichnet. Leider muss ich jedoch einen erheblichen Mangel an dem gelieferten Produkt reklamieren. Die Folie ist auf einer Seite unprofessionell ausgestanzt und weist einen störenden weißen Streifen auf. Dadurch ist die Folie für mich unbrauchbar. Ein solcher Fehler hätte bei der Qualitätskontrolle auffallen müssen, zumal es sich um ein Produkt im Wert von 25 € handelt. Ich bitte Sie, diesen Fehler kulant zu beheben, indem Sie mir entweder den Kaufpreis zurückerstatten oder eine fehlerfreie Folie zusenden. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis. I recently ordered a laptop skin from your company, and I would like to start by sharing some positive feedback: designing on your website was very easy, the delivery was prompt, and the print quality of the skin is excellent. Unfortunately, I must report a significant defect in the delivered product. The skin is unprofessionally cut on one side and has a noticeable white stripe. As a result, the skin is unusable for me. Such an issue should have been detected during quality control, especially for a product priced at €25. I kindly ask you to address this issue by either refunding the purchase price or sending me a flawless replacement. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to hearing back from you.
