Born in Fort Brooke (U.S. Army), San Juan-Puerto Rico but with residence in 20th ST NE Puerto Nuevo, and afterwards at 6th NE. I completed a military career in the U.S Army of 20 years and now I have settled down with my family in Severn, Maryland, with my wife and two grown children.
