My video series, Habits of Slim People, shows what habits slim people have, and how you can adopt them. Scientists tell us that 97% of dieters put all their weight back on. Diets don’t work. However, we know that slim people have different habits to overweight people. In my video series, I see what these habits are, and I try to adopt them myself.
