Family Transcends aims to pair at-risk transgender and non-binary youth with mentors who have real-life experience in the same areas. These mentors will strive to provide an outlet for youth who may not have a support system in place. Providing love, comfort and guidance goes hand-in-hand with providing access to resources and outside organizations that can cater to their specific needs. To that end, this store is one of the ways we raise funds for the organization.
