As someone who lives with the often debilitating chronic illnesses Fibromyalgia and Central Sensitivity Syndrome, photography has been a creative lifeline, giving me a distraction to cope with the chronic fatigue, chronic pain and impact on cognitive function. I capture what I can, when I can, and aim to create images with depth and feeling through contrast, shadows and light. Occasionally I get more creative if the opportunity arises. I write and speak about my experience with Fibromyalgia and my creative endeavours.
