Moon of Loved Ones Fotodruck

I painted my own uniquely original family with the mother as part of the moon's shape, The father looks in deep contemplation and sadness of how he will help himself and their son to overcome the struggle of trying to move on through the grief, pain and loss of losing the wife and mother. The crescent moon shape symbolizes this significance. The young son is upside down resting his chin on his father's chin with an expression of sadness and distress on his face yet in the comfort of his father's strength and their shared vulnerability. The son being upside down signifies how his world has been turned upside down at the loss of his mother. The father and son turned towards the wife and mother solidifies this dark chapter in both their lives.
