PAPIER MIRAGE

While I often create papercut works entirely by hand, this PAPIER MIRAGE series is something a little magical and different. I start with my artwork rendered in real paper textures and some cut elements, then layer and sculpt them digitally until they bloom into a world of their own. Elements give the grand illusion of hand-cut depth and shadows while existing in a uniquely modern form of papercraft and digital fusion.
