De-ciphering the organist's worst nightmare

A joke for the organists! The headline reads: "The perfect organ piece" and underneath that are some lines of music with only one note that plays, and plays, and plays, and plays - without ceasing. The so-called piece had "loud and relentless" as the instruction for performance, and the music is ostensibly by "Anon, anon, anon, anon anon" (in other words: And on, and on, and on and on...) I'm sure you get the picture! This describes what happens when a note keeps sounding on an organ, which is every organist's nightmare: a cipher. So the title "De-cipher this" is a play on words about this dreaded situation.
