Bella Luna

Just Luna and Her aliases. Bella means beautiful, her original name. But she's always been our Luna. Luna isn't your average large, bulky Boston Terrier. Luna is sleek and fast. Her favorite play is running after her favorite toy donut when thrown down the hallway. She'll retrieve it, bring it back, and wait for you to throw it again. Luna won't tire out either. Her record before we get tired is 32 throws... that's 64 one-direction runs! Luna also has 'zoomie' habits, like clockwork, 9:10 every night. Sometimes we let her zoom, most times we can stop them by engaging her with routine bedtime rituals. But no matter what, that beautiful face will have you smile, laugh, and appreciate life just because she is in it. Luna is purebred. She came to us when the person who originally purchased her, and named her Bella, did not appreciate her 'lack; of calm. We assume he never heard of "zoomies". What he also didn't understand is that Luna needed to grow up, and she needed to attach... and indeed, she attached before she was "1", to someone who would soon be going through cancer treatment and very deep depression. We think she knew about his condition before he did. Luna was by his side every step of the way. Just nuzzling and cuddling his dog helped him deal with his todays and tomorrows. In remission since 2022, Luna's job is to live her best life with us and her best dog friends, Louie and Jeddy.
