Aspen trees have always held a special place in my heart—I first fell in love with them while visiting my son in Morrison, Colorado. Their remarkable underground root system allows entire forests to grow as one living organism, making them even older than the massive Sequoias. The oldest known aspen clone has lived for nearly 80,000 years in Utah’s Fishlake National Forest. This duffle bag showcases a reproduction of my original impressionistic oil painting, created to capture the shimmer of summer light, the quiet rhythm of the forest, and the uplifting energy of an aspen grove in full color.
